QuickSilver can supply a Active Valve option for your V10 Gen 1 & V10 Plus. The result is a much lighter weight system that has more efficient flow and shows a noticeable improvement in throttle response whilst enhancing that sports car sound. Our Active Valve version gives you the ability to quieten the sound slightly if or when required. At lower engine speeds they can produce a wonderful deep tone, with volume and pitch increasing in direct proportion to rpm climaxing in a robust race car howl at the red line. These systems have a Titanium silencer and thin-gauge Stainless Steel tube to achieve a combination of the lightest possible weight with strength and durability. |
 
SOUND ARCHITECT™ 
| Electronic/Pneumatic Valves - Retains OEM (in-car) functionality. Our active valve sport exhaust systems contain two separate gas paths, and an electronic or pneumatic flap-valve that decides which path is taken. Both have two distinct levels of sound and are slightly louder than stock. With the valves closed, the system takes on a more civilised note and when they’re open, you’re given a sporty note throughout the rev range. These valves are integrated into the car’s existing controls and function depending on the ECU mapping. This can then be further manipulated either with the dedicated exhaust button or by switching the driving modes. |
